Construction Foreman

Reports to: James Wangelin
Standard Start Time: 7:30am - 4pm (times may change based on job or preference)
Standard Days: Monday - Friday (days may change)
Non exempt position
Compensation: $25/HR - $32/HR

The Big Task

Work in both our customer services department along with leading renovation crew to complete jobs in a safe & efficient pace while obtaining our desired quality

Key Tasks

  • Complete high quality bathroom and kitchen renovations
  • Lead the renovation crew in tasks such as flooring, drywall, painting, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, demo, tile, framing, minor electrical, minor plumbing, decking, door and window installation and any other construction typically  
  • Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean, organized and safe manner
  • Train and assist crewmembers to ensure they are building their skills while staying efficient
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork including timecard submissions

Expectations

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in home renovations 
  • Skilled in all aspects of bathroom renovations including tiling 
  • Ability to lift a minimum 100lbs
  • Reliable transportation to arrive at job site on time
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Reliable and self driven
  • Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to make strong connections.
  • Strong desire to learn and improve; take initiative in professional development
  • Takes pride in their work

Requirements

  • Driving record with few or no violations
  • Clean Criminal Background check
  • Motor Vehicle form DV-15; clean safe driving record
  • OSHA10 training certificate
  • NYS DOT Physical
  • Proper attire/uniforms
  • Crew Lead Tools
